Craig Coles, Treatment Specialist

Craig has worked with children, adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities and psychiatric disorders since 1991. Since 1997, he has specialized in working with individuals with severe forms of challenging behavior such as self-injury and aggression. At that time, Craig became a Certified Behavior Analyst (CBA) in the state of Florida, and later became certified nationally as well as licensed in the state of Virginia. He has been involved with staff and parent education throughout his career. His primary interests in the field are pediatric feeding disorders and language development. He has worked with individuals in a variety of settings including hospitals, residential facilities; and for the last nine years, in private day schools. Craig has been a Treatment Specialist at St. Joseph’s Villa since 2010, working in both the Day Support Program and the Sarah Dooley Center for Autism.
