Quadon McCullough has been working with individuals with disabilities since 2008. She first began her journey in upstate New York where she worked for Cerebral Palsy Rochester. There she served as a team leader for 2 ½ years and fell in love with the field. Quadon came to Sarah Dooley Center for Autism in March of 2012 where she started off as a classroom counselor. She has since transitioned from a counselor to Operations Coordinator, Compliance Coordinator, Program Manager, and now Director of Program Operations. Quadon continues to progress her passion for the field by serving individuals and their families each day.
