Tyler has been with the Sarah Dooley Center of Autism since 2018. He began as a Counselor, worked up to Instructional Assistant, and now serves as a Behavior Interventionist. Tyler has worked with children and adults with disabilities ages 5 to 65 for 3 years, starting his journey after coming to Richmond from his hometown in Rochester, NY. Tyler is pursuing a degree in Social Work at VCU to further improve his skillset and ability to help students of all ages. He has learned an immense amount through working with students directly at the Villa.
